Raised on the south side of Chicago by two loving parents, Angel was ‘born to sing.’ Showcasing her vocal talent since age 5, she adds a sound to the group that reminds many of Gladys Knight, Mavis Staple and Mary J. Blige. Armed with a voice that is “a gift from God,” Angel intends to use her musical success to develop programs to help keep single parents and their children from ever becoming homeless.Back
